QSD those are the same tail lights I have. Look at my sig. for the brand and style. I love'em and get quite a few remarks about them.
As for the exhaust it looks good barber. Kinda kicking myself right now for not discovering truebendz.com before I got mine otherwise I would have gone with one of theirs. They even sell 3" down pipes for our cars at a great price.
