For the Non-Turbo, almost everyone agrees with the Champion Double Platinum #7570 gapped at .042in They fit right and last a long time. Also for a better job, use Dielectric greese on the plug wire ends and Anti-Seize on the threads of the plugs.

Go with the Crane Firewires. Best bang for the buck, better than Magnacores, 8.5mm, less resistance (25 ohms per foot), and extremely reliable. I would suggest going with Bosch platinum plugs.
The dealer is probably gonna charge $100 or so for the install. But if you sneak out to the garage one night and pop the intake manifold off, you can be done in about 20 minutes.

(I have snuck out into the garage to install many pt accessories.) But i figured out i dont have the tools for the job.

The Tools Issue:

Especially the NA PT with the tricky plastic manifold. I had to buy a fancy new torque wrench to change the plugs, because while my old torque wrench was fine for old V-8s, shovelhead V-Twins, or the tractor motors of old Triumphs, it is pretty vague anywhere under 25 ft/lb, making it (as Zathrus would say) "The Wrong Tool".

You might want to find an non-dealer local mechanic to do the job for you with you specifying the parts.

Also: As for the 'should i bring the parts' ... would you bring a couple of raw eggs to a diner and ask them to fry them for you? If you are thinking of doing this make sure you got it worked out with the mechanic first.

If you do them yourself, there are two (I believe) bolts on the back of the throttle body mount that have to be removed. I forgot about these when I did my plugs & wires last time and I broke the metal mount. I had to buy another; thank goodness it was only a $25 part.

I vote to stay away from double-platinum or even platinum plugs and don't waste your money on fancy wires.

My first change of plugs and wires was expensive ($150) for parts alone. I installed blue magencor wires and Champion double platinum plugs. My PT hated those parts. Within 6 months the wires and plugs had failed; the plugs had gone rotten and ruined the wires completely despite installation with the proper dielectric grease, etc. I went back to a stock setup and all my problems disappeared. This was about 18 months ago.

If you're going to upgrade your plug wires, stick w/ Mopar (IMO) since they're made for the car and engine.

When you put the intake manifold back on should you stagger the bolts when tightening, and what should you torque them to?
