Switch out the stock battery for a light-weight, race battery....
 Stock on the left = 35 lb. ........ New battery on the right = 12 lb.  Less weight out in front of axle with room to rent for true cold air, etc....  You'll be 23 pounds closer to the weight target.  Another suggestion that's not going to be popular..... Don't bolt on 50 pounds of aftermarket anti-sway bars.
