Why go to a dealership?
Any competent garage can test & repair your A/C system.
I do a lot of A/C work this time of year. The PT is a simple system.

110$ is in the ballpark for AC service in NYC with all the taxes and environmental fees.

But: 'total' price will not be determined until after they find out how much it is going to cost to fix the leak... is it 'tighten this connection a smidge' or is is 'replace this bad compressor'?

Which, as the Tappet Brothers like to point out, may depend on when the next boat payment is due.

I STRONGLY suggest you ask your neighbors, co-workers, etc. to recommend a local independent mechanic you can trust.

If you have a nearly 50 degree temperature drop from ambient, your system is working perfectly.
No home system could get a drop of 50 degrees.
