Default Gap?

I have used the search and looked at all the posts about plug gaps (including the one below)
I am on my way to get some new wires, I already picked up the plugs.
CH.7570 dbl plat. Some of the older posts said a gap of .50? and others 45 or 40....so what is it? .45
2002 N/A pt auto. 154.000 and still has original wires so it's time to change....lol

I have seen almost any where between .040 -.045 on this Forum. I used .040 on my Chanmpions. Runs so smooth.
