Default a/c filter ?

Hi
I have to change my a/c air filter... where is it and how to access ?

It is under the cowl below the windshield on the passenger side. Unless you installed one after you bought the car, you probably don't have one. I don't think they come on the car from the factory, at least my GT doesn't have one and others have mentioned that they had installed them themselves.

Cal Cruzer is correct. Unless you added one there is none from the factory

thanks to all for your answer.
My PT had actually an a/c filter from factory ! ( it's an european model, with 2.2L mercedes turbo-diesel...I live in France.)
the filter is mounted vertically inside a plastic scoop.
