Unhappy Rattling valve train ?

I have an 05 with 78000 hard hiway miles using all syn. fluids since breakin. A couple of days ago a rattling started sounds like its in the upper part of the engine seems to be on the drivers side. Read 30 pages on this forum alone only thing even close is the TSB 09-007-04 and from what I have read on here I do not think that is my fix. Seems louder at lower RPMs and between 1st and 2nd shift. Any ideas?????
