Silly diagnostic questions: Have you clipped any curbs? Have you checked your wheel balance and alignment? Is the clicking from the steering assembly(more towards the center of the car) or from closer to the tires? Checked boots, shocks, and struts lately? Does the steering wheel drift or shimmy at high speeds too?

if that noise seems like a creeping noise, then may be your steering arm needs to be lubricated.
also in some cases, its axle which causes so.
check out for the alignment of your car wheels before taking any step
