If your doing the code check correctly, it should say "done" if there isn't any codes, at least mine does.

With the key in the "on" position, yes the MIL light lites up but as soon as you start the engine, it should go away.

After checking all this.
It was weird now , after i fully filled up the coolant , the gallon , i put in there, there has been no leaks, no over heatings, nothing, works perfectly, but, i have stumbled into another problem, i was running like normally do, then parked and stayed in the car talking to a friend, then it started getting hot inside, the temp read 111 F,i turned on the car and the temp was in the middle, we had been sitting in there almost 1 hr, temp never went up but sat in the middle. after a few hrs. it cooled down completely.

So my guess would be that the low speed is dead in the fan or something that is not turning it on.I checked the high speed runs perfect.
I had the pt for short time, but should the low speed go on when you turn off the car?

Other thing i can't get the error codes, seems impossible with the key sequence, is there a range of time where the sequence has to be done?

I don't get your first paragraph. Where did it get hot? Where did it read 111 degrees?

Engine water temperature will always get hotter after you stop and turn it off as the water isn't being cooled by flowing outside air or the fan so it goes up. If the needle stays in the middle with engine running and the car's not moving, everything is running fine.

When you turn off the car, I'm pretty sure all fans stop running. My Vette fan keeps running for a few minutes but I don't think the PT has that programmed into it.

The error codes only show up when the engine lite shows up on the dial. Ignition key 3 times forward without starting the car and key left forward on the 3rd turn. If no error codes, should read "done".

111 F inside the car, the thermometer on top read that.

OK. I guess I'm not too old to learn something new. My overhead console only gives OUTSIDE air temperature. The sensor is located on the crossbar between the plastic grill and the radiator.

If you only have to add coolant after overheating - I think that is normal. Was thermostat replaced when radiator was done?
Did you bleed air out of the system? Was there a lot?
It's possible when the did the radiator they didn't bleed the system properly.
Any update?

BTW, the boiling / gurgling sound you were hearing originally was most likely coolant purging into the overflow catch container.
