Default Just completed a 3,860 mile trip

The car performed like a beauty. Left Florida 8/20/07 for Michigan and Pennsylvania. Total miles = 3,860, used 159.7 gallons of gas for a average of 24.1 mpg, between fillups sometimes we got up to 28.4 mpg. We had no problems and enjoyed ourselves visiting friends & family.

Next week we leave for Williamsburg, VA for the PT's in Paradise on the 7,6,8th of September.

WOW! The PT is a great car for traveling. It is so fun to drive. I have made trips to Myrtle Beach every year since I owned my PT. I did not get to go this year d/t the overheating issue. I think it is finally resolved, but now I'm a bit gun shy.

I sure wish there was some PT events closer to "my neck of the woods" as I would love to meet up with other PT owners.

Congrats on the gas mileage.

Regards
Terry
