Hey All:
I want to get a good muffler for my Cruiser so I can get some good sound on the cheap... Anyone have any suggestions for a good aftermarket muffler setup that will produce a lower, throaty sound? Thanks Marc |

I've put a couple people onto the muffler I had (before I went to duals) and they seem to like it. It's not the cheapest way to go as your have to have a muffler shop cut off the old muffler and install the new one and you'll need some sort of exhaust tip at the end. It's the Dyno Max 17732. Nice sound and not too much noise inside the car.
All mufflers are different to different people and what's OK with one will be too loud for others. Try and fine a PT that sounds nice to you and ask the owner what system he has. As Hooligan said; buy cheap and you'll end up replacing it and wasting your money. |

I agree with CREWZIN that Dynomax is a great choice. Sounded good on my '01 na PT.
