Default adding a second battery

my girlfriend is wanting to add a second battery to her 2005 pt cruiser for future add ons. any suggestions?

she is already having a little headlight dimming issue. i told her to start with a capacitor but she doensn't want to go that route yet. she is planning on tv's in the head rest, a screen in the dash and a ps2 for the kiddies (me!) in the back seat. and i'm sure she is going to add more boom. the stock alt is 120 amp. i figure that is going to have to be beefed up as well. i'm not sure if she is planning on adding any lighting effects or not.

I added my second battery by removing my airbox

pulling that kind of power dont you also need a higher amp alternator??

I'm still using my original alternator and I'm having no problem charging them.

The batteries that I'm using are Optima Yellow Tops, which have a quick recycle.
