Fault Codes Meanings - Additional List

If you go to floridaptcruiserclub.com and go to their forum, they have a section called how to do's. One of the topics is Fault Codes, for your new PT. It tells you how to's & what they mean. Anyway to make a long story longer. I did the test and I got some funky messages not on their list. I wanted to know if anyone knows what they mean. I will be taking the car back to the dealer next week but I would like a headsup before I get there.
The 3 codes I am getting are: 1.FL0005 2.EE 05 3.bl 01.

I haven't seen those particular fault codes. I checked another site:http://www.ptcruizer.com/computer-codes.html . You might try listing your question on http://ptenthusiasts.org/cgi-bin/UB22/UltraBoard.cgi under PT Performance. There are some very knowledgeable enthusiasts that haven't made it here yet. Good luck. BTW, have you figured out how to loading the pics?? Must see.

Thanks for the info, The ones I am looking for are obtained by holding in the odometer and then turning the key to on position the odometer goes to 9999999, then it shows your vin number, then it says NO FAULTS and then all you gauges move. UNLESS like mine you get code messages. Go to floridaptcruiser.com ( forum - to do's) to get the exact directions. Thanks for the information but those codes dont match up with what I am looking for. But I will try them and see what they find. I will be posting pic of my car some time next week. My Uncle lives in Sepalpha (misspelled) Oaklahoma, he also has a PT cruiser.

Looking forward to the pics of your car. Your uncle must live in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. About 60 miles from my hometown. My son's fiance lives there. If you visit your uncle, let me know...Sapulpa is right outside of Tulsa.
