Timing belt went "snap"

Hi, My 2001 pt timing belt went bye bye. It's a 2.4 DOHC engine. Does anyone know how bad I'm screwed? I need to get it fixed as my wife misses the car.

Won't know how bad till you replace the belt.... May or may not have bent valves.... Easiest way to find out is replace the belt and then do a compression test.... How many miles on the engine?

You should be ok,,, (until you get prices of belt replacement) there is a lot of clearance in the motor,
