still having an engine hesitation...please help.

I have been having that engine hesitation for a while now. It only happens when the A/C is on. Its while stopped or when i just start to roll. I have changed the wires to crane firwire and plugs to champion double platnium without any help. I have read about the fan motor siezing, could that be the issue? How would i check it? I watched the engine idle for a while today and with the a/c on it does this cycle about every 20 to 30 sec like something keeps turing on and off. I never saw the fan turn on the whole time i watched it. But i can manually turn the fan so its not frozen in place or anything. Please help, i am so tired of this problem.

Fan is supposed to come on whenever A/C is on. If you can turn it on manually (I guess you mean by jumping it) then one of 2 things - switch to turn fan on w.A/C is bad, or one of the 2 speeds of the fan is bad.
Your hesitation, tho, might be the Idle Air Control (IAC) it's supposed to up the idle when A/C comes on.
Do a search on IAC.

I am sorry, i didnt mean that i actually jumped the fan, i meant that i can spin it with my hand. The fan i am refering to is the fan on the engine side of the radiator. Is that the right one? Also when the engine hesitates, the a/c blow warm for a minute.

As QSD pointed out, when the A/C is ON, the fan should be running. If not, your low speed part of the motor is probably burnt out. You can't buy part of the fan so the motor and whole fan shroud must be replaced. If the fan is burnt, the water temperature needle should start to rise above half way, other wise the needle should stay at half or just below half all the time and yes, the fan is on the inside of the radiator, it's the only fan there is.

The compressor starting and shutting off about every 30 seconds is about right when the air is on the coldest setting.

All this should have nothing to do with your hesitation at idle (unless your running hot) and I'd hate to think you lost your fan and having trouble with the IAC (Idle Air Controller) at the same time, but you could. Everytime the compressor comes on, the idle should raise a little to compensate for the drain on the engine. The IAC does this. If not your idle could drop down to where it will shutter and shake and almost stall.

Okay talked to the misses and she says that the idle is normally at about 1000rpms and that when the car shutters that the idle drops to about 500rpms. Okay now about the IAC. When we got this car it was used with about 12000 miles on it. I noticed the first time that i changed the oil that a wire in the same location that you pointed out is about half way cut through. Its very close to the plug. Could that be the problem? If so is that plug fixable? Its to close to use a wire connector.

Just guessing, but yes that could make the IAC inoperable. Is the plug fixable? Your the one that's saying the bad part is too short/close to the IAC to make a connector, so you might end up buying that part of the wire but not the IAC itself. See if you can trace the wire back to see where it's connected/comes from and see if your dealer can order you a new one.
