if the fuse under the hood is good, the relay has been changed and the sensor, that pretty much leaves the PCM. what is your temp guage reading? is it high? or does it stay cool because of the weather? does it come on when you turn on the AC?

doesnt come on when turn ac on just starts to rise when you sit for 20 or 30 min while running you said pcm so id have to replace the pcm to fix it

You need to replace the radiator fan. The fan motor is the problem. Trust me.

even though they operate when he provides power to it? well, the fan motor is ALOT less than the PCM, so start with the cheap stuff and workyour way up.

The fan is 2 speed - often one speed goes, so he's getting the other speed when he applies power.

What he said! I see a lot problems with the fans. I had one that the a/c would intermittantly not work at idle.... Turns out the high speed wasn't working but the low speed was. The engine would get hot enough to turn on the fan and the a/c would work. When it stopped so did the a/c..
