Default Cold Start

I have a 03 PT Limited Edition (non turbo). For approximately a month, it takes approximately 10 tryies in the cold mornings before the engine turns over. What are the possible problems?

agree with crewzin, also try turning the ignition on, waiting a minute, then start.
