Default Aftermarket rear disks

Just bought an '04 turbo with rear drum brakes and would like to convert to disks. Does anybody know of an aftermarket conversion kit, or is it possible to pull the parts from a wrecking yard?

check out wyckoff chrysler, they have a rear disc conversion kit.
