I have a 2006 PT. I checked my check engine light code and it showed P461 which shows that "the fuel level sender is not reporting any change over a long time. Something is wrong." That is the second time that the light has come on and shown that code. Does the fuel level sender senser need replacing? Any help appreciated.

Id check the connections first, but it sounds like the sender is bad. should be covered under warranty still though. good luck
