I'm in the market for Spark Wires, just finished scanning these and other forums and I still haven't found if Turbo Wires will fit Non-turbo engines.
![]() You have one thread called "more spark wire Q's sorry" that does describe how one set has straight boots and the other has 90º boots... yet the posters found them interchangeable ?? Here's the deal.. I see some 10.2mm Turbo wires for sale, and I want them on my wife's non-turbo.. if that's possible. Any help with this dilemma is greatly appreciated.. I want to get these ordered ASAP.. Steven

I didn't attempt a Maggie contact.. EDIT: I'm hoping to be content with my purchase from ESR Performance in Florida. I got this set for $65 including delivery.. < specs here > ![]() EDIT: 3/29/08 Well.. the wires arrived & I must say, these monsters are breathtaking. They have the look and feel of Monster Cable. Just one problem, & it took some work to correct it.. The boots are not set deep enough onto the wire, so the end that should clamp onto the Spark Plug terminal doesn't reach, it's about 3mm shy.. I found I could run a fine screwdriver between the boot and wire, lube it up in there with a touch of dishsoap solution, then work the wire deeper into the boot. Had to do that to all four, the inserted tip of the screwdriver was able to help push the wire deeper, what a PITA.. but man.. what a nice setup.
