Default New Brakes!

Just got some R1 Concepts brakes for my car. Drilled and slotted rotors and new performance pads. I cant wait to see how well she stops! putting them in looks tedious so it may be a while, but I will post step by step instructions and pictures when I do it if anyone is interested.

If you've ever done brakes before, replacing the rotors and pads on the PT is easy. Just remember how the little metal clip goes on at the bottom of the caliper/caliber (depends who you ask how it's spelled).

Yeah, the Haynes manual i have made a big deal out of that. Are those R1 Concepts brakes per-chance?

(I've always seen it spelled caliper)

I did the pads and rotors a couple years ago and don't remember the brand. The pads were dust free (which they lived up to) and the whole system works well.

I did a Google search on brakes and pads and half the hits had caliber and the other half had caliper.

As far as I know:
caliper = gun
caliber = brakes
