Cool Re: Air intake

See the more recent post, and some older posts on the subject. The question is why do you want one?One of the older posts discusses a self-mod you can do to the inlet tube, and put in a "drop-in" K&N filter that does all you may need.
I personally have the AirRaid system. But, other than the growl I love, there is merely a quicker pedal response with a non-turbo.

Smile Re: Air intake

I've read that it could increase mpg? I'm trying to squeeze a few more miles to the gallon. Any ideas?

Thanks,

PH

There is no magic mpg enhancer out there. Keep the tires properly inflated, keep the car tuned up and use a soft foot.
