Make sure your rad cap is good. Over heating is a symtom of a bad cap not holding pressure as is coolant loss. They are real cheap insurance.

Well, turns out I do have a coolant leak.. But its a 3 day drip coming from the overflo tank (somewhere)..what's strange is after the coolantdrains from the over flow, the car drips a tremendous amount of fresh water.. Does the AC sweat that much???

Yes, the AC does produce a lot of condensation. I just pulled into my driveway in reverse the other day and noticed a puddle in the street and large drops spaced pretty close together following me into the drive. I had only stopped a second or two to put it into reverse and then back up.

After a drive on a hot/warm day when I put the PT in the garage, 20 minutes later there's a large puddle by the passenger front tire of leaking condensation.

Before anyone says something; my AC is cold as Heck and I'm not leaking any coolant.

Its a lot for sure(we are running 100 degree weather here).. I just need to find that coolant leak..I assume its the overflow tank, becuse its not a pressured "spray" its a slow drip.after I fill it.

First place to look is the hose and connections. Check and AdvanceAuto, etc, you can get hose by the foot.
