I've been reading about the oil wts (Pt forum) and it's temperature dependent. I live in St. Louis and it gets above 100 in the summer, should I use 5-30wt or 10-30wt (mobil one). Again I'm very thankful for this forum

The only difference between the two is the cold performance, not the hot. But the 5W30 is going to cover you in all weather conditions. 5W will also be better for hydraulic lifters on startup, even in the summer.

im pretty sure that 5w-30 is what is recommended for the 06 touring.
