Good Job! I have the same ones with Hawk Performance pads and they do work well.

My friend told me my car sounds like a train when I slow down now, not squealing, but the grinding brake noise. Its hard to describe... not a bad sound, but... industrial, or heavy duty? I dunno

Hmmmm? It should be quiet. What kind of pads, are they semi-metallic? Have someone stand by the side as you come to a stop and see if your noise is just one wheel or all of them.

Its not the usual semi metallic squeal, in fact it's gone now. It may have been the surface coating coming off of the rotors and the whole setup just bedding in. Now the brakes are all quiet.
