lites flickering

I have had this problen since my 03 was new. The factory replaced the multi function switch (big joke) and had no affect. I read where several people have installed a grounding kit so I made and installed 12 different wires even tho noone else had that many.
Has anyone else installed the hyper ground kit and found it did not work but DID find something else that worked?
Mine is so bad at times I feel like an emergency vehicle coming down the road!
