I got a set of rims on a 91 olds 442.(201/55r16 91v)
And I'd like to know if they would fit the 05 Pt Cruiser that I have with (195/65r15 91t). |

You talk about rims but your giving tire sizes, so that's what your really talking about, I guess. If you have the base cruiser that came with the 15 inch rims I think the olds 442 tires might be a bit too big with the 65mm sidewall making your car sit up to high but I'm not quite sure what the standard size tire was on the 15 inchers. Can you tell us what is says for tire size on the tires you already have?

Don't forget the lug pattern, spacing, etc!

He only quoted specs for the tire not the rim even though he said "rim" in his question so there's no need for pattern and spacing.

I'm not sure were to look for the Lug pattern. I know they are 16" 1000 Melle Miglia rims.
Forgive me I do not know what any of these numbers mean. Such as the 712 that follows the tire size. I'm am also having a hard time finding these Rims on the Internet. This is the Tires that are on the rims. Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 Tires - Tire Size & Price Details - 1010tires.com This is the pics of the Rims (all that I could find). http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b2...asil/bmw/1.jpg Is there anyplace on the rim I can find out the bolt pattern? |

Your having a hard time finding them on the Interent because they are called "Mille Migila 1000 Spider"
They won't have the size stamped on the rim. You'll have to measure them your self or take them to a tire store to measure them for you. You need 100mm spacing between the holes with the wheel offset about 40.0mm The original 16 inch tire on the PT is P205/55R16 so your tires from the Olds 442 (201/55r16) should be OK. I was totally confused when you first posted and screwed up my post. ![]()

Sorry about that.
Whats this about the off set? I went out there and just put em on and the lugs were a match. But the tire is a little wider than the original. Not by much but I'm sure a little can go a long way. I put the back one on and every thing was ok. Just not sure how the fronts will be. It looks extremely sweet though. SO...can I get an Amen there! AMEN! |

Offset
The offset of a wheel is the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the true centerline of the rim. A positive offset means the mounting surface of the wheel is positioned in front of the true centerline of the rim / tire assembly. This in effect brings the tire in to the fender well more. Conversely, a negative offset means the mounting surface of the wheel is behind the true centerline of the rim / tire assembly. This will cause the tire to stick out away from the vehicle. ![]() Don't worry about it, if it fits AMEN!
