I have an 06 convertible with 24,000 miles that is having a an ongoing problem. For no reason that is apparent, all the dials on the instrument cluster go dead for a split second and then all the warning lights come on, like when you start the car. Three times it has caused the car to stall. Three trips to the dealer so far, each time they thought they had it fixed, but it keeps coming back. Any ideas?

Your still under warranty and your still going to have to take it back to fix your problem so no matter what we might suggest, you don't want to touch anything or risk the dealer telling you that your warranty is void.
Personally, it sounds like a short in the wiring harness or the gauge cluster itself so it will have to be traced down by the dealer or replaced.
