Robert,

Welcome to the forum.

The (anti) fog lights themselves might not be your problem. You can check the fuse, it's the number 8 fuse in the interior fuse box. If the fuse is missing, it's a good chance the previous owner was having trouble with the multifunction stalk. The stalk is the one which control all the lights. There's some very thin/light duty parts inside the stalk and they tend to burn out and when they do, the fog lights stay on all the time. The only way to shut them off is to pull the number 8 fuse.

Take a look and tell us what you find.

Robert,

I can't tell if that's a question or your making a statement.

If you put the fuse in and the fog lights work, but stay on ALL the time, then you'll have to take the fuse out again to shut them off. That will prove you need a new multifunction stalk IF you want your fog lights to work. If you don't care about the fog lights, just leave the fuse out and drive around that way.

The stalk is easy to replace but I don't know how much it would be to buy one in Poland.
