Probably. But I don't mind having a throttle body cleaning, as long as they actually are cleaning it. Never hurts to be clean .

BTW, their "fuel induction service" covers many different items, not just the throttle body cleaning, this dealership has been quite up front with me and has given me very good deals on repairs, as all of you know.

Well, the problem continues intermittently. Engine warning light on, off, varies.

So, based upon the great advice you have all provided, once my gas tank is near empty (later this week), I am going to give the techrolene a try as a first step.

If that doesn't work, a full tune up.

If that doesn't work, head back to the dealer with the list of insights you have all graciously provided.
