Default So my Trans MIGHT be acting up?

Ok so Really, I don't know...but for the last couple months I am noticing that whenever I am turning or going after a red light I drive like normal...No I do not hit the gas hard or speed or whatever else there is wrong to do LOL...Just completely normal...and my car seems as if it doesn't know where it wants to be between 2nd and 3rd and it jumps...it's not often it happens, just once in a while...Other then this I head no noises, nothing else seems to be wrong with the car.

Could something be wrong or am I just over thinking it ( I really hope I am over thinking it LOL, it only has 49,500 Miles!! )

Cathy,

I've read about trans problems and it turned out to be some sort of "clutch pack" or a problem with the TCM (Trans Control Module). It's certainly not as bad as having the trans go out but still a couple hundred dollars.

It should be looked at before it turns to something really bad.

Heyyy..Nope, no extended Warr. I guess part of me expected this because my poor PT has been nothing but trouble since it hit 22K. New front Axles, New Wheel Bearings, Breaks went super fast on it....Sure I know it's a car, things happen, but damn! LOL!!! I'm glad I got it a full tune-up already :-)

Kathy..

You are just going to have to stop street racing the hondas.. thats all there is to it..

Good luck with your tranny.. hoping it is a PCM thing.
