Hi to all the Cruisers!

I have a 2006 2.4l cruiser, and my engine light came on, I had it checked at auto zone and they gave me the code Po138. Can anyone explain if this code is sensor codes for, before and after catalytic convertor? The read out I got from auto zone also said , engine miss-fire condition repair, low fuel pump or pressure regulator, fuel pressure very high,oxygen sensores defective, fuel system runing rich or lean check other codes first. I know these are possibilities, where do i begin? Help please!:

I moved your post over to the tech section.

P0138 should mean that your 02 sensor needs replacing. Your particular code is for the downstream sensor which is on the left side of the catalytic converter.

Replace it yourself or have a mechanic do it for you. Then clear all the codes (disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 5 minutes) and see how it's running and if any other codes appear.
