Not sure about P0137 but I got P0138 on my PT a couple months ago and it was the downstream O2 sensor... the one at the cat.

I ordered a Bosch replacement for $25. (The Autozone guy tried to get me to buy the universal one for $60 that was in stock)

Not sure about driving it... I drove mine for a week before I replaced it without any problems. I definitely wouldn't drive it infinitely because your engine performance is surely affected.

Thanks Travis2K7. A little nervous to drive for extended period of time on freeway at high speed because been reading some posts where car stalls while driving on freeway and not just at stops.

If the car dies at a stop I wouldn't feel to safe as what if it does it at a more critical time like pulling out into traffic?

Some aftermarket O2 sensors sometime have given as much trouble. Bite the bullet and get a MOPAR sensor. Not working for any dealer!!
