Sounds like a smart way to do it Smitty. Not many places do anything but flush. They have no answer to what get stuck or released from the filter, or where it goes.
As for StreetCruisers comment, the dealers around here almost mandate a flush every 40K or so, ot the warranty is void. Go figger.
