Try the IAC (Idle Air Controller). You can take it off and clean it. Worth a try.

Spray "carburetor" cleaner.
I cut and pasted this from another forum with similar problems: "Clean the throttle body with some cleaning spray. The Idle Air Control air passage could be clogged or the IAC pintle is sticking."

NO. Just problems with acceleration (throttle) and idle (IAC).
