Why do you think you need to replace the tranny mount?

replaced both passenger upper and lower motor mount and the engine still moves back and forth when brakes are applied a little more than normal I think

If you used the stock motor mounts you can see they are totally flimsy and don't really do a lot. Since I have never seen a tranny mount on a PT fail I would seriously doubt it would need replacing.
