replaced both passenger upper and lower motor mount and the engine still moves back and forth when brakes are applied a little more than normal I think

If you used the stock motor mounts you can see they are totally flimsy and don't really do a lot. Since I have never seen a tranny mount on a PT fail I would seriously doubt it would need replacing.

there is a 3rd motor mount also. but before we even start on that understand that even 20,000 mile cars have the same issue. its the rubber cry-slur used it crumbles. make sure your not using any oem parts going back in get poly stuff moog or energy suspension. and yes the trans mount can be bad also but first replace your control arm bushing or control arms they are gone also more than likely. every bit of rubber under the hood of my 05 is being replaced as we speak I am waiting on my control arms to get here at 2. mine is on jack stands also for the moment. do it yourself will save you 1000 bucks. and yes I will be replacing my trans mount while I have everything out of the way anyways. 100 bucks :{ yes added up the parts arnt cheap but have it done in a shop 1000 in labor. you better pay attention to alignment doing motor mounts. especially the one in the fenderwell that you haven't replace yet. that gets crocked and stuff will go wrong. and you will need an wheel alignment done when you are done. good luck
