Default strangle rattle from the rear end area?
hi all new problem different cruiser. My sisters 01 with 96K miles makes this clunking noise from the back when she goes over any type bump. At first i though it was her spare tire loose but it isnt. any ideas? could it be her shocks are shot? any suggestions would be great. thanks to everyone for there help!

If you look at the rear axle, right in the middle there is a place where both links connect that is the bellcrank the big piece of metal that they connect to. I was able to grab one of the rear wheels and push it back and forth and I could hear it clunk!

Loose wheel covers (esp the stock plastic ones) - make all manner of noise.
