I can't find the low pressure valve to charge AC. Does it have a blue cap? I'm afraid they hid it down at the bottom, by the AC condensor

Low pressure fitting is on the hose close to the joint up top above the motor mount. The one down low is the high side and is a bear to get to unless you take off the grille and unbolt the upper radiator support.
