Stephen,
Sorry, but it's me again...glad were not talking about filters <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>. Anyway, looking under the hood, see where the cable comes thru that opens the hood? Underneath that and a little to the right is a black plate with a silver bolt on top and bottom. Now, in the car, under the dash, locate where the hood cable is, and down from there a little to the left you'll see the two bolts and a circle cut out in the firewall with just the black plate showing. A small hole can be drilled thru that circle from the inside going out. There's no room to work from the outside but you'll be able to grab the wires or cable that you push thru and put some gunk around the hole to stop air from coming in. If you really neat get a grommet from a hardware store and put that around the wires/cable so they don't rub against the side of the hole but the hole will have to be bigger to accept the grommet. That's one place...anybody know of any other?
