I've been a PT ('03 GT) owner for 3 years now and seeing as my warranty is up I am venturing off into the world or "self-repair". All my previous experience was with older model cars (Buick Regal/Grand National, Chevy Caprice) that have ROOM under the hood. My question is simple, how difficult is it to replace the power steering pump and the serpentine belt? Any helpfull suggestions for a newbie?

Take the passenger side wheel off - and remove the splashguard (couple plastic fasteners).
You don't have much room but that helps a lot. |

Much easier to replace from the bottom with the wheel removed.
