If you've had it since new, and know the history, has the plugs and wires been changed? The stock set-up from the factory for plugs and wires are crap and need replacing as soon as any ruff idle, hesitation, vibration and breaking up under acceleration is noticed.
The only other thing to check is your balance and alignment.

More than likely it's the cv axles. See if they will replace them. I work on Chryslers for a living and this is a fairly common problem.... New axles should fix the condition but I have had them make it worse! Kind of a crap shoot.
