Default Rough idle 2003 GT

Replaced plugs & good aftermarket wires at 30,000 miles as recomended here. Now it is idling rough again at 59,000. Replaced plugs, no change. Do i need to once again change wires?
Thanks Larry

Larry, welcome to the Forum!!!

What year, what plugs, what wires???? Most have gone with Champion or Autolite Platnium and Performance Wires, MOPAR, Crane, MSD or others. Plugs gapped at .040 used dielectric grease and anti seize.

Try a smaller gap - 0.040 or smaller - but then, yeah, probably wires.
