Transmission Fluid
How may quarts of fluid would my 02 use in a change and what type should I use?

You will need to add between 4-5 quarts,depending on how much old fluid you are able to coax out.Your car uses ATF+4.

Yes. I am going to take it in for a change and I want to make sure the mechanic uses the right stuff. I usually do most of my own work but time is tight.

Should alternate every 30k with a drain and fill and a full service tranny flush.
