Default Removing rear wiper.

I was able to remove the nut under the plastic cover on the outside...I pulled a few times with no luck. Do i have to remove the motor on the inside before removing the wiper arm on the outside?

No, the arm is pressed on so use something for leverage, plenty of towels so you don't scratch anything and pry it up gently.

I couldn't get mine off that way,was afraid I was going to break something.I made a little puller to get mine off.Made it out of two pieces of inch angle iron welded together in a "U" shape. In one side of it,I drilled a hole and tapped it 5/16ths.In the other side,I made U shaped hole that slide under the wiper and you just tighten down the bolt and it pulls the wiper right up.

The thing I was trying to get across is that after the center bolt is out, there's nothing holding the arm on except the tightness of the wiper arm itself. Your tool sounds great for that kind of job.
