Not 100 percent sure. I know the motor mount bracket on the front is way different. I'm pretty sure the crank pulley is different. I think the EGR is different but the one in your PT should bolt up. Having said that I think if you take the van engine down to the block and transfer the PT parts it will probably work. Probably. I know there where variations in the 2.4 line. The 2.4 in the Wranglers had an entirely different cam sensor. Why? I don't know.
