02 power locks
Just got 02 pt. Problem power lock's don't work the lights come on when you use the remote entre & the honks when lock with the remote. Service manual says if you remove defective lock motor from circuit all others should work. Removed motors 1 at a time still don't work. Wondering about relay? Any help would be appreciated.

Try working the door latches back and forth a bit, then spray the inside of the latch housings with some wd40 or lithium grease. I'm not sure, but I think a fair share of PT's (especially the older ones) have this problem.

Welcome to the Forum!!!
When you use the remote it is set up to flash the headlights and honk the horn. In the owners manual there is (at least 2006 & up) a procedure to readjust that control.

It could also be the Remote Keyless Entry Module (RKEM) - It's behind the radio...
