It's sooo annoying. The noise started about a month ago. When I start the car up from cold start, it doesn't make the noise. When I get the car up to operating temperature, it starts to make the noise. The longer its been running, the noise is more persistent. I have a video of the car after getting it up to operating temperature and driving it around the block a couple of times.
I'm thinking its the torque converter...just guessing though. When I rev the motor, the noise goes away but then comes back when the rpm's drop. Let me know what you think! I need some help on this one!

Let some of the other hear it and hopefully pinpoint the noise. Meanwhile, have you gotten it up on a lift with the engine running. You should be able to closer to the noise from underneath and hear where it's coming from.

Show us the driving videos?
It doesn't strike me as a transmisison noise.. that sounds like its inside your motor, or a belt/pulley or something. Is there enough fluid? Did you check w/ the car running and up to temp?

The noise just goes away when I get on the gas, it doesn't speed up. I will get another video of it while driving and post it in a few...
[EDIT] Ok, while I was recording another video...I think I figured it out. I would say its coming from the timing belt...one of the pulleys or tensioners... the video is uploading now. I'll probably post later tonight or tomorrow...

My money is on a belt or pulley.

If it's the timing belt tensioner, chances are its going to either a. seize soon, or b. losen up so much that the timing belt doesn't grab it anymore
