Default Cold Air Intake - Please look

I'm looking in to getting a cold air intake for my 2001 Cruiser. The engine is stock and is a 2.4L. Any reccomendations as to which would be a good brand to get? -Any input is helpful -

Thanks.

There's 3 brand names that all do a decent job of catching the cool air and isolating the hot engine air. K&N, Air Raid and Volant. Each cost $150+. They all produce a sucking hollow sound when you put your foot down and air rushes up the plastic intake. If you want cool air and don't want the sound, putting in a free flow filter into the stock air box, taking out the white doughnuts and enlarging the elbow into the wheels well, will cost only the price of the small filter and elbow.

I agree that the Airaid and Volant do a decent job of keeping hot air out, but only the the K&N Apollo does, too. The regular K&N intake has a little shield that doesn't do the job and hot air is not kept out.
