Default Need to clear codes

I left a vacuum hose loose after working on the engine last weekend and now the engine light is on. I'm sure it set a vacuum leak related code. How can I remove/clear the code?

If everything is stock on the engine, you'll have to take off part of the air filter system to get to the battery cables. Take the negative cable off for about 5 minutes. Someone also said to depress the brake pedal while the cable is off to bleed off any excess circuit charge. This should clear almost all stored codes.

Anyone with a scanner can also clear them for you.

Would I need to reset the radio memory buttons afterward?

The last time I did it, the radio stations stayed set. But just in case, write them down in the order they are set.
