I am having problems with my instrument panel. The speedo/tach/odometer is not working. All the warning lights come on the dash, and the turn signal indicator does not show my blinker is on although it is. Gas gauge and temp gauge works. It will sometimes come back on for a second, and then go back on, or it will start flickering. I noticed that the lights on the dash does not turn off. Now if I undo the battery everything is fine for about 5 secs or so, and then goes back to it.

Doesn't sound like anything you'll be able to repair yourself but you can save a bunch of money by taking the whole dash cluster out yourself before having it looked at by a professional. On the top of this Tech & Performance section of the forum there is a "sticky" that shows you the procedures to take the cluster out. It's called "PT Dash Lamp Replacement".
